Camp de Tarragona - Mont-roig

Circular hiking route in the southern part of Montroig. The reddish stone paths, characteristic of the area, will take us to Vilanova d´ Escornalbou, crossing narrow paths with great vegetation. We will go up stairs dug into the rock until we reach the hermitage. At the top we can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Camp de Tarragona. Next to the hermitage we find a small restaurant with spectacular views and traditional food. In the afternoon we will visit the town of Montroig and discover landscapes represented in the paintings of the young Miró.

Duration:  All day excursion. 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
