Collserola - Pantà de Vallvidrera

Collserola is a mountainous area and park located on the outskirts of the city of Barcelona; your lung! It is one of the largest metropolitan parks in the world.
This route is ideal for people who want to start hiking or have recently practiced it, as well as for any nature lover.

The route is circular, 4.5km long, flat with a minimum slope at the beginning and a descent at the end.
We will visit the Collserola Park Information Center, where we will have the opportunity to see a small self-guided exhibition that tells us about the park, its management, fauna, vegetation and curiosities. Once on the way, we will be able to appreciate splendid views of the Serralada del Prelitoral from Montserrat to Montseny. We will visit the Panta de Vallvidrera and we will talk about its origin and past.

Before catching the train back to the city we will go to a typical restaurant in the area to have an aperitif.
