Hiking in Garraf and
visit to the Buddhist Monastery (Palacio Novella)
This hiking route runs through the Garraf massif in the Catalan Coastal Range, with beautiful views of the coast. It offers us different points of interest such as the Castellet del Garraf, which is
an ancient fortress that was built between the 12th and 13th centuries, and that in
the present is in ruins
We will see a limestone quarry and the Can Lluça farmhouse up close.
The route takes us to Plana Novella, where the Sakya Tashi Ling Buddhist Monastery is located. There one of its monks will guide us through the monastery and will tell us about the origin of the modernist house where it is located and the daily life of the Buddhist community in an atmosphere of peace and harmony.

08:39 we take the train. 09:16 we arrive at Garraf. Those who want to meet directly in Garraf indicate it when signing up.
