Canet de Mar - Village and Hiking

We visit Canet de Mar to discover this small town in the Maresme that offers much more than its beautiful beach and a view of the Mediterranean.
We will cross the town, stopping at the places of greatest interest in the town, such as Casa Roura, a modernist work by Doménech i Montaner, the Sant Crist stairs, Plaça del Mercat, Riera de Bucarons or the Sanctuary of Mercy. Leaving the town, we will continue along rural roads and track through forests with the Castell de Florentina as the backdrop. This is an old medieval fortification dating back to the 11th century and has been the setting for the Games of Thrones series. We will go up to the creu de Pedracastell.
The hiking route gives us beautiful panoramic views and quiet paths of vegetation typical of the mountains near the sea.
